Hello ^-^ I'm back from F1 training. It was simply fun to interact with the Lecturer, Ram..Hahas..he's oso the same horoscope as me....cool manxz...Anyway, it was interesting and he really shared a lot of his experiences with us, letting us know some tips..hmm...again about customer service. CRN, kinda relating to SVE???haha..anyway, in our daily lifes, we still cant escape from customer service when we do in the Service Industry, rite?
I've made up my mind for choosing the elective. I have chosen Banking & Financial Services as my elective module for next semester. I heard Adrian said that BFS and MPS (Managing Peoples' System) are dry topics, and there's some who have failed and retook ETP which is Entrepreneurship.
