Just don't know why people get reprimanded without doing anything wrong. They didn't even commit any crime, rite? Why must you be so harsh to the 2 of them? Especially the most senior one. He didn't even do anything wrong. Why must he be the one to get reprimanded by you all the time?
And the other one is only trying to make the life easier for the Admin Department to collaborate the weekly hours duties easily where he does not have to flip over the log book to check one by one. Isn't that easier? What she did was right. I find it nothing wrong with her idea of doing the weekly attendance. The only thing is that she never consult for your opinion. She only commit a minor mistake. You can tell her about her mistake, so that she won't commit the same mistake in future. Why must you treat it as a grave mistake?
I know that you have very high expectations and want to run the library club well. But don't go overboard by being very perfectionist in every area. It would make everyone's life difficult and miserable. You don't want that to happen, rite?
Ok..i know that i am very grumpy today...shall stop here for now...really feel very heartache and heart pain for Mr Lee and Emily. Especially Mr Lee, whom I always respect the most.
